Term ends, equipment leaves

Submit equipment type, location, and required dates. We confirm availability and send a rental proposal within one business day.

Month-to-month or fixed-term contracts. No capital commitment, no purchase option embedded — just the hardware you need for the period you need it.

Equipment arrives pre-commissioned. Our field team supports installation. Remote monitoring is live from day one — one line item covers all of it.

At term end we collect everything. Site returns to baseline. No residual asset on your books, no depreciation schedule to manage.

• Common questions

Before you brief your stakeholders

What is the minimum rental term?

What does the monthly rental cover?

Can the term be extended or ended early?

Minimum term is one month. Most deployments run two to eight months. Multi-season agreements are available at fixed monthly rates with no price escalation.

Delivery to site, installation support, remote output monitoring, scheduled maintenance, and end-of-term collection. One invoice, no separate service calls billed.

Extensions are confirmed by written notice before the final month. Early returns are accepted with 30 days notice — no penalty beyond the days the equipment was on site.

Your deadline is shorter than your budget.
